This message is presented because there is a mismatch between the certificate that is presented and the one the ingress expects.
Check the following in the values.yaml:
  1. authTlsSecret
  2. tls
  3. certificate-chain-depth
  4. That the client certificate used to make the request matches with what the above values.yaml
  5. If the above fails, please contact Adapt2 Support
